In order to update your VAT number we will need for you to fill in a new membership application with all the new information your new member account will have (new name, contact info, updated turnover for both companies combined and the new VAT number)

Don't worry, filling in this application doesn't mean your membership will paused or you will have to go through the new member application procedure again. The online application will create a new contract for you with the correct information as well as new invoicing number for your company.
Once you fill in the application, you will automatically receive the Declaration of membership to sign. If it is not the case, please let us know and we will send it to you. After the declaration of membership is signed we will prepare all the necessary for the changes on our platform and invoicing data.
