For the monitoring request to progress, you need to enter your ‘unavailability days’, meaning the days on which you don’t want the audit to take place due to different reasons (management absence, low production, etc.). To do this, please follow the steps described below:
1. Log in to the platform, click on Monitoring and then Announced on my company
2. Click on the ‘three-dots’ button at the end of the monitoring request row and then click on Acknowledge Monitoring
3. In the pop-up window, click on Add Unavailability Day
4. Enter your unavailability days (up to 4) and click on Acknowledge
The monitoring partner will be informed that you acknowledged the request and will proceed with the planning of the monitoring.
