If your supply chain was migrated from the BEPI legacy platform to the amfori Sustainability Platform, this is automatically done. Be aware that migrated Business Partners still need to be onboarded to the platform before being able to perform activities
However, if you want to add the BEPI initiative to a Business Partner who wasn't on the BEPI legacy platform, you can do so by going to Sustainability Network - Supply Chain Mapping. Select (each of) the producer(s) you want to add to BEPI, click on Select Initiatives on the top right corner of your screen, select amfori BEPI and click on save initiatives to give them the BEPI initiative. They will receive a notification email letting them know they were added to the BEPI initiative:
