This step is critical to avoid duplicates. Please make sure that you invite your business partners using the resend option rather than mapping a new relation.
To resend the invitation after it has expired, please go to Sustainability Network/Proposed Business Relations/Advanced in the left navigation bar.
The proposed Business Relations screen displays all invitations that have been sent to business partners mapped on the legacy platform along with the invitation status (accepted, expired, cancelled, pending).
You can either resend all expired invitations in bulk with the Resend Expired button in the top right corner of the screen, or resend invitations to the selected business partners with the light blue button next to the invitation status.
You can search for business partners among all proposed business relations by using the filters in the bar above the business partner list.
If a particular business partner cannot be found in the Proposed Business Relations section, this means that this business relation has not been properly mapped on the legacy platform (the link between the member and business partner was not created), therefore no link has been made between the member and the business partner during the migration to the amfori Sustainability Platform.
In such a case, please turn to Sustainability Directory to check whether the business partner is already active on the amfori Sustainability Platform. The business partner can be searched using its External Company Reference as an identifier (either BEPI ID or DBID number or amfori ID).
Once you find your business partner though the Sustainability Directory, you can make a direct link with them by clicking the blue Direct Link button. A link will be automatically created between a member and a business partner on the amfori Sustainability Platform.
If the business partner cannot be found through the Sustainability Directory and you know for a fact that the business partner has an account on the legacy BEPI platform, please report this case to info@amfori.org. Our amfori IT team will investigate the case and further guidance and assistance will be provided to you on your supply chain mapping.
