As of 18 October, invitations to join the amfori Sustainability Platform are sent automatically to the BEPI producers.
There are two possibilities: you are already registered on the amfori sustainability platform, or you're not.

As a business partner already present on the amfori Sustainability Platform, you should accept the invitation you receive with your existing account. After this step, you should check if the site(s) you use in the amfori BEPI platform are also present in your amfori Sustainability Platform profile.
What do I do if I don’t have if the sites do not match?
If your sites are not present on the amfori Sustainability Platform profile, then you will need to go to the admin tab and add the relevant sites manually by pressing “+Add New Site.”
2. Business partners not Registered to the amfori Sustainability Platform:
If you haven't previously registered on the amfori Sustainability Platform, you will receive an invitation to join the platform. You should accept this invitation and create your company profile and complete it with the relevant information. When completing your profile, make sure you also fill in the GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Classification.
2. Business partners not Registered to the amfori Sustainability Platform:
If you haven't previously registered on the amfori Sustainability Platform, you will receive an invitation to join the platform. You should accept this invitation and create your company profile and complete it with the relevant information. When completing your profile, make sure you also fill in the GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Classification.
After this step, “Site 1” is created automatically in your amfori Sustainability Profile. This means that as a business partner, you have to customise the name by entering your own name and the relevant information. In case you need additional sites, you can add them by pressing “+Add New Site.”

For both cases 1 and 2, if you are a business partner linked to more than one member in the legacy platform you will receive an invitation from each of them, therefore you should accept all the invitations in order to do your BEPI activities with them.
