How do I add a user on the Sustainability platform, as a Member

If you’re the admin of your company on the platform, you can invite your colleagues as platform users:

1. Log in to the platformclick on Admin and then on My Company.

2. Select the Invitations tab. You will now see a list of all sent invitations and their assigned permission levels. Select Invite User on the top right corner

3. Fill out the form. You can choose between three roles:

  • Member Admin: This role corresponds to the administrator of your company in the amfori Sustainability platform. It has the highest levels of permissions and can invite other users
  • Member: This role is a user of your company that can perform all actions with the exception of user invitation
  • Member Trainee: A trainee is a user who doesn’t have access to the amfori Platform but has access to the amfori Academy and its capacity building activities (e-learning, tutorials, face-to-face workshops, etc.)

4. Click on Invite User at the bottom.

An invitation email is sent to the user, who has 45 days to create a new account on the amfori Sustainability Platform. If included in the role, access is automatically granted for the amfori Academy.
