Unfortunately, you can’t modify a monitoring request that has already been submitted. If you need to make modifications in a request, you’ll have to cancel it and make a new one.

To cancel a monitoring request, you need to

1. Log in to the platform, click on Monitoring and then Requested 

 

2. Select the business partner and the site.

3. On the monitoring request page, click on Cancel Requested Monitoring:

4. Indicate a reason for the cancellation and click on Cancel.

5. The status is now cancelled and you can request a new monitoring activity.
