If you noticed that you send the Business Partner invitation to the wrong email address, you simply have to cancel the invitation, change the email address, and send a new invitation. Here's how you can do it:
Please log in to the amfori sustainability platform.
In Supply Chain Mapping, you can edit the details of the business partner and re-send the invitation.
- Search by name of business partner or status of the invitation (pending)
- Click on the three dots and select "Cancel" invitation.
- Select the business partner again and click on "resend" invitation
- Select the business partner again and click on "resend" invitation
- Edit details. We recommend you to check that:
o The e-mail address is spelled fully and correctly
o The contact person is an active user at the receiver’s end
- Send the invitation.
Your Business Partner will receive the invitation to join you on the amfori sustainability platform.
